SERVICE / BUSINESS AUTOMATION
A better way
for work to flow.
Connect selected repetitive tasks so your team can spend less time moving the same information between tools.
Begin with one real workflow
Good automation starts with a process you can explain. An enquiry arrives, somebody reviews it, the right person follows up and the outcome is recorded. The opportunity may be in one step or in the handoffs between them.
We look for repeated work with clear rules: routing leads, structuring reservation requests, organising enquiry details, updating a CRM or preparing routine reporting. We do not assume every decision should be automated.
Design the handoff and the exception
The happy path is only part of a workflow. What happens if a required field is missing, a connected tool is unavailable or the same request arrives twice? The scope should identify those cases, who is notified and how the team recovers.
Sensitive decisions and approvals can remain with a person. Access should be limited to what the workflow needs, and credentials should stay in secure server-side configuration rather than a public website.
Build around the tools you use
Integrations depend on the provider’s capabilities, account permissions and subscription plan. We confirm those requirements before promising a connection. Third-party charges and ongoing ownership are part of the scope discussion.
A small, bounded workflow is often the best starting point. It can be tested with representative inputs, reviewed by the people who use it and expanded once the operational behaviour is understood.
What to bring to the conversation
Describe the repetitive task, the tools involved, the information moving between them and the mistakes or delays you want to reduce. Screenshots or a simple example are usually more useful than a long feature wish list. No confidential customer records are needed for the first call.
